Personalised Nutrition Plan
Following the initial assessment, a Personalised Nutrition Plan is created. This plan is based directly on the detailed information gathered about your health, current diet, lifestyle, and specific goals. It is not a generic, pre-set diet.
The plan provides specific food recommendations. It accounts for personal preferences, relevant cultural food practices, and any identified health requirements. Guidance on meal structure and food choices aims to be practical for everyday application.
